RETURNS and REFUNDS

We are so confident about our gorgeous dresses and know you are going to love it as much as we do! As per the Consumer Protection Act we offer a 7 day return policy from the date you receive your stunning new Infinity Dress. We don’t offer colour swaps so please make sure of your colour and order fabric swatches online if you are ordering particular colours for your wedding. If your order exceeds 7 days we no longer offer refunds and will offer store credit.

There is a return and refund policy handling fee of R169.00 per dress returned. Once the dress is returned it will be checked for any damages and only if it is in perfect order as it left us, will the handling fee will be deducted and the refund will be issued.
Orders that have been paid in advance including deposits where fabric has been cut and placed on hold for sizes are non refundable after 30 days and store credit is provided.

Alterations are done free of charge, but the courier cost to and from the workshop is for the customers expense. You may send your order back with your own courier or request us to send a courier at a cost of R178.00 per dress. This will cover the cost of collection and delivery back to you.

Refunds are processed on the 16th day of each month only.

Urgent orders for functions that fall within the 7 day refund policy will not be returned for any reason as this can be that the dress was worn for the function and returned after the function which is fraud and not accepted.

Deposits on orders are non refundable after 30 days as fabric is cut and kept aside on the date of payment of deposit. Store credit can be given if a refund on a deposit is requested after 30 days.

Covid-19: Returns and refunds due to Covid-19 related topics will result in Store Credit only.
We reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
